Job Brief

We are looking for an Associate Accounts Receivable to handle, prepare, and manage all accounting and financial data, in order to maintain & record all transactions on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoice generation, billing, and collections.
  • Monitor customer accounts, aging reports, and credit limits to ensure timely payment and minimal overdue balances.
  • Overlook and manage the process of issuance of sales invoices and credit notes
  • Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring the income on daily basis
  • Monitor the accounts receivable on daily basis and utilizing analytical skills to improve financial performance of the company
  • Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure accurate and timely billing of customers
  • Handle the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Work closely with the Tech team to guarantee the seamless operation of the LMS
  • Prepare various reports on accounts receivable on regular basis and take action on the outstanding collections
  • Timely reconciliations between bank, sales records and debtors
  • Strong knowledge on compliances like GST and TDS and ability to compute and filing the reurns
  • Additional responsibilities on allocation and maintaining the assets register of the company
  • Coordinate with the Bank Officials
  • Managing audit requirements
  • Should be able to read and understand financial statements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2-3 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with billing and invoicing systems
  • Should know intermediate/advanced Excel/Spreadsheets and Tally
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have good mathematical skills
  • Should be able to assess time vs. money at all times
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, negotiation skills, and ability to set priorities
  • Should be a great team player
