- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and graphic designers.
- Manage a team of 8-10 individuals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Utilize designing and video editing tools to create visually appealing and compelling marketing content.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of video and audio skills, incorporating them into marketing campaigns.
- Generate insightful reports on marketing performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and effectively manage a team, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creative marketing roles, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in designing and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of video and audio skills, with the ability to create compelling visual content.
- Strong reporting skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
