As a Recruiter at IIDE, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conducting initial telephonic interviews with candidates.
- Utilizing our HR automation and portal automation systems.
- Shortlisting candidates and sharing their details with hiring managers.
- Scheduling and confirming interviews according to the availability of both the hiring manager and candidates.
- Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job portals like Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.
- Verifying candidates’ backgrounds by contacting references.
- Sending offer or rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Onboarding new hires.
- Overseeing daily operations of the HR department.
- Preparing HR-related reports on Google Sheets.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in HRM or a similar field.
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources, with experience in recruitment preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail are critical.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Strong laptop and telephonic communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
