Team Lead – Academic Content Development Jobs

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for our Academic Content Development department. As the Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our educational content for courses. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting thorough research, collaborating with subject matter experts, guiding content creators, and ensuring the quality and relevance of our educational materials. Your contributions will directly impact the training and knowledge acquisition of our students in digital marketing concepts. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Structure, grow and lead content development team including research assistants,, scriptwriters, content developers. 
• Understand the industry requirement and develop courses to help students meet high standards.
• Conduct extensive research using various sources to develop engaging academic content.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and collaborate closely with in-house and external subject matter experts to maintain content accuracy and relevance.
• Wrok to curriculum development and educational material enhancement initiatives.
• Innovate and employ creative elements such as language, graphics, animations, audio, video, and interactions in presentations.
• Develop multiple-choice questions (MCQs), assignments, and other assessment materials related to the content modules.
• Oversee proofreading and editing processes to maintain content quality.
• Seek input and approval from the reporting manager before finalizing content.
• Collaborate with different departments as necessary to ensure consistent content quality.
• Work with the Learning & Development manager to build a content development process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in conducting research using multiple sources.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Familiarity with marketing web publications.
• Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts (not mandatory but preferred).
• Educational background: Any graduate with any specialization; Any postgraduate with any specialization.
